Mango Pancakes 🥞💯
Ingredients:
1 cup Flour( refined flour 1/2 , healthier flour 1/2)
3/4 Cup Milk
1/2 cup Mango Purée
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Melted Butter
1/2 tsp Turmeric (optional)
Method:
Mix the dry ingredients separately.
Combine dry ingredients with Milk , Mango Purée , Honey and Butter . Whisk well to avoid lumps .
Take a pan , brush with coconut oil, keep on medium heat .
Pour a ladle of the batter on the pan .
Flip when it starts bubbling .
Serve with mango purée and cut mangoes .
